Terms.
Damage or Defect Items:
We know how frustrating receiving a damaged or defective item can be!
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any damages that occur in transit. A claim will need to be filed with the carrier for reimbursement of the item.
For defective items, please report the issue via email under the Contact Us page within 7 days of the delivery date. A photo(s) of the defect is required and the original item to be returned. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received by Stone Mountain Designs, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a resolution for any defective item if reported more than 7 days after the delivery date.
Lost Items:
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost in transit items. A claim will need to be filed with the carrier for reimbursement for the item.
Returns:
Due to all items being custom made, we do not accept any returns. If you place an order and need to cancel for any reason, you have 24 hours to request cancellation via email under the Contact Us page. If you contact us more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, we reserve the right to deny the cancellation request. If your cancellation request is approved, you can expect to see your full refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the order has been successfully cancelled.
Shipping:
We ship within the contiguous United States. Once shipped, we will notify you via email and provide tracking information. Delivery is estimated within 5-8 business days after the carrier has possession of the order, not when the label has been created. There is a flat $20 shipping fee for all 18” nursery signs. For all other items, shipping is $6.99 or free if the order total is over $50 before tax and shipping costs.
